Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the National Grain Company (NGC) was established in 2020 as a joint stock company, in partnership between United Farmers Investment Company, which is owned by the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) and the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri).

تأسست الشركة الوطنية للحبوب (NGC) في عام 2020 كشركة مساهمة مقفلة بالشراكة بين شركة المزارعون المتحدون للاستثمار، المملوكة للشركة السعودية للاستثمار الزراعي والحيواني (سالك) والشركة الوطنية السعودية للنقل البحري (البحري).
